This latest discovery, which occurred on Tuesday, was reported in an area encompassing Pickering, Thirsk, and Malton. While the precise location remains confidential to prevent further spread, this marks the sixth confirmed outbreak in North Yorkshire since October. We've previously seen cases in Easingwold, Bedale, Thirsk (a different location from the recent one), Elvington, and York.
